Old Lawn Removal, Planter Box Installation, & St. Augustine Sod with Gopher Wire in Murrieta, CA

We started by clearing out the old lawn, removing all unwanted growth, and preparing the soil for a clean start. After clearing the yard, we tilled the soil to break up compacted areas, allowing the new grass roots to grow strong and deep. Then we leveled the soil to create an even surface for the new sod.

Next, we laid down a protective layer of gopher wire across the entire lawn. This barrier is key to keeping gophers and other burrowing pests from disturbing the grass. The wire is strong but thin, so the grass roots can still grow through it. This adds a layer of protection that keeps the lawn looking great and undamaged.
